In October 2018, Euro College became a part of the project “Cultural studies in business”, from the Erasmus+ programme, in the field “Strategic partnerships in higher education”.
The duration of the project will be two years, and it is a collaboration between La Sapienza University of Rome, Euro College Kumanovo, Vilnius University from Lithuania, University of Split – Faculty of economics, business and tourism, University of Beira Interior from Portugal, Wisdom University from Albania, and Association Jump Gioventù in riSalto from Italy.
The project aims to strengthening: the importance of European
interdisciplinary dialogue; the European studies and training level; the pattern of scientific
research applied to social matter. The project aims to renew dialogue practices and
International exchanges among European academies and inside the social research
environment.
The innovative approach is based on the use of hybrid methodology in the development of the core curriculum and in the feedback that is expected from the program stakeholders. The uniqueness of this project lies in the attempt to invert the usual practice of the course development where the practical data of the experience is translated into a theoretical model that, by being given an universal form of categorization, is then made applicable to any set of circumstances. We attempt to operate within a wide field of theoretical approaches that are very difficult to be organized into a joint set of practical principles, because they are not seemingly internally related and also because they are relatively new and are still not properly disseminated across the academic community.
